QUY TRÌNH KỸ THUẬT TRỒNG BÍ THƠM BA BỂ HỮU CƠ

Bí thơm Ba Bể là giống cây trồng bản địa quý, được người dân huyện Ba Bể, tỉnh Bắc Kạn (cũ) trồng và sử dụng từ lâu đời. Không chỉ mang giá trị dinh dưỡng và mùi vị đặc trưng, bí thơm còn có tiềm năng phát triển thành sản phẩm nông nghiệp hàng hóa gắn với sinh kế, bảo tồn nguồn gen và phát triển nông nghiệp bền vững. Trong xu thế phát triển nông nghiệp sạch, hữu cơ, loại cây này ngày càng được người tiêu dùng và thị trường quan tâm.
Sổ tay cung cấp các nội dung thiết yếu trong quy trình kỹ thuật từ chọn giống, làm đất, gieo trồng, chăm sóc, thu hoạch đến bảo quản và xử lý sau thu hoạch. Tài liệu được trình bày ngắn gọn, dễ hiểu, dễ áp dụng, phù hợp với điều kiện sản xuất thực tế của bà con nông dân, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi sang canh tác hữu cơ và sinh thái.

Scaling up ecosystem-based adaptation: lessons from Viet Nam

Marketing products based on ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA) approaches for selected forest and farm producer organisations

This report on marketing forest and farm products based on ecosystem-based adaptation approaches (EbA) was commissioned by the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) and supported by the Vietnam Farmers’ Union (VNFU) for the Global EbA Fund project, Scaling up Community-led EbA in Biodiverse Forest Landscapes in Viet Nam. The information and views set out in this report are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the official opinions of IIED, any related working groups, institutions or bodies, nor of any person acting on their behalf. The objective of this study was to develop marketing plans for selected EbA-based forest and farm products in order to engage members of forest and farm producer organisation (FFPO) with relevant markets for Participatory Guarantee System (PGS)-certified products with EbA quality claims for at least five value chains in Northern Viet Nam. The research team would like to express its sincere gratitude to the IIED team, the FFF management board and the VNFU central committee. Special thanks are extended to the facilitators in the five provinces of the research area, the cooperative directors and the heads of cooperative groups who supported the research team in collecting data to gain a comprehensive perspective on capacities, needs and adaptation solutions through local production models.

Ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA) value chain analysis: recommendations for forest and farm producers in Vietnam

This report was commissioned by the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) for the Global EbA Fund project, Scaling up Community-led EbA in Biodiverse Forest Landscapes in Viet Nam. It analyses value chains for forest and farm products produced using ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA) approaches by 25 forest and farm producer organisations (FFPOs) at Forest and Farm Facility (FFF) project sites. The objective was to identify value chain development recommendations for FFPOs in the long-term FFF programme. Scaling up ecosystem-based adaptation in Vietnam: Five case studies on best practice

As global climate change becomes more severe, adaptive solutions such as ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA) are increasingly recognised as crucial for helping communities adapt to and mitigate the effects of climate change impacts. Research shows that EbA can be a cost effective adaptation approach, reducing communities’ vulnerability and building their resilience. This nature-based approach includes conserving, restoring and sustainably managing ecosystems to benefit both people and the environment. However, in Vietnam, there is limited information on the effectiveness of these practices. This report showcases how forest and farm producer organisations (FFPOs) in Vietnam are using EbA to adapt to climate impacts while also identifying capacity gaps for further implementing these practices. It documents five best-practice EbA case studies in five provinces and assesses the capacity needs to scale up these approaches. The full document can be accessed via the attached link. “Nông nghiệp hữu cơ là gì?” là tài liệu do Hội Nông dân Việt Nam phối hợp với tổ chức ADDA Đan Mạch biên soạn, nằm trong dự án "Phát triển khuôn khổ cho sản xuất và marketing nông nghiệp hữu cơ tại Việt Nam". Tài liệu cung cấp kiến thức cơ bản về nông nghiệp hữu cơ, qua đó, giúp người nông dân và cộng đồng hiểu rõ hơn về mô hình sản xuất nông nghiệp bền vững này. Đây là bước khởi đầu quan trọng nhằm thúc đẩy phát triển nông nghiệp sạch tại Việt Nam.
